LOVE panera!!!!! Everything is always yummy & fresh! Restaurant is always clean & everything always sounds & looks so good it's always hard to decide! I can also never leave without something from the bakery! Their rewards card is nice too- almost every visit I'm given a free soft drink or bakery treat:)

For as much as I don't like paying their outlandish prices, I find myself continuing to come back for more of those Tomato Mozzarella Paninis. They unfortunately ran out of ciabatta bread the other day and I had to choose bread of another variety. When I asked what my options were, they rattled off about 100 choices. (I should have known better with it being a bread place and all.) I ended up picking one at random and it just wasn't the same. The service is better some days than others. I just haven't found it to be consistently as good as it could be.

I can't help but love Panera. I took my family there yesterday for a late lunch and it was great! We all got the "U Pick 2", which gives you a choice of 1/2 sandwich, hearty soup or 1/2 size super fresh salad. Just pick 2. I love it. We got Sierra Turkey and Bacon Turkey Bravo sandwiches. My brother got broccoli cheddar soup, my sister got french onion and I had a wonderful Fuji Apple Chicken salad. Tons and tons of food, we were really stuffed! And the lemonade is amazing! And of course, you have to walk past the pastries on your way out. So, you can imagine what happened next. We went home with cinnamon rolls, pecans braids and pumpkin muffies. Yum!

Great Panera! Easily accessible location, airy ambiance, and finally a Panera that manages the line and the traffic well. We were in and paid in a jiffy, and the food was quick too. Good place to stop in and check email or surf on their wi-fi.

I really do like Panera Bread company. The food is tasty, and it seems that they try to offer many healthy options on the menu. Their coffee is quite good. The fact that I get to choose from several flavor options, and that there's free refills on regular coffee and ice teas when dining in, is a plus. The service here is attentive and quick, and always seems friendly. The only issue I have here is the wi-fi. I don't know if it's solely this location, or if other Paneras have the same problem, as I only come to the Cranberry location since it's close to home. The wi-fi has a limit of 30 minutes during peak hours (11:30-1:30, I think). I understand this. They need to turn tables over for guests paying for meals and dining in, as opposed to people just sitting here, taking up space and free wi-fi, while drinking limitless coffee. However, my computer always has an issue connecting in the first place, and then disconnects often afterwards. It's not my computer, because it's done this with EVERY computer that I've ever brought in. It doesn't seem to matter what time I log in at either, when I have this issue. It's not too big of a deal to me, but I can see how it would be annoying to anyone doing actual work on their laptop (and not just using it to yelp and shop on amazon.com ). Still, an overall good place to relax and have something decent to eat.

Have eaten here at least a dozen times, partly due to meetings attended being held at this location. It has been a 50-50 roll of the dice on whether the person behind the register taking orders, or the person at the pickup counter will be rude or nice. There is no consistency with the service recieved. The food is all tasty and fresh, satisfactory in flavor. But one of the other aggrivating factors in eating here is the soup. All varieties are delicious BUT take note: the generous portion - FULL to the cup, bowl or bread bowl brim you see pictures of in ANY of Panera's advertising and restaurant is NOT representative of what amount is ACTUALLY SERVED!!! This is false advertising at it's finest. Skimpy half full cups and bowls. The one time I courteously brought it to the attention of those at the pickup counter who ladled the serving into the bowl, a manager quickly and rudely approached me. The answer was clipped and corporate. They are only allowed to serve one level small ladle to the cup and to the "line" which is indented inside the cup/bowl. Bread bowl same thing - you pay more, and though the "cut-out" made to hold the soup is deep, it is served half full. It is such a simple gesture and good practice to give the public what is representative in pictured product for portion. With all the good charitiable causes this restaurant chain supports, one would think they would and could be more supportive of those who frequent & provide needed revenue! C'mon Panera! Stop skimping and dish up these same consumers their fair share of soup!!!

Placed a delivery catering order online, everything was wonderful. Order was perfect, delivery was on time and customer service was beyond awesome. Office loved all the food (variety of sandwiches and soup- which was still hot) Jennifer delivered the order, she was great. The cranberry Panera is great, thank goodness bc I refuse to go back to or give business to the Panera in Wexford.

Composite. This Panera's is pretty much all Panera's -- useful for client lunches, breaks from work (if you are in walking distance). Decent food, good service, clean tables, good busing of tables after people leave. Outdoor patio is great during the livable temperatures -- wifi makes it a nice place to do a bit of work or catch up on email. f8 and be there.

I had to return to my previously-written review of this Panera to update. This has become my lunchtime destination during the work week! Generally, I can make it through the line quickly, even during peak lunchtimes. I have been extremely impressed by the staff at this location. I have some food allergies and have had to make a couple unusual requests, all of which have been accommodated. I greatly appreciate this location for making my dining experience easy.

I walked into Panera and there was one female customer at the counter. She ordered several dozen bagels and all four women at the counter proceeded to help her all the way through the completion of her order. I stepped up to take my turn and asked for two dozen bagels. One lady help me and was incompetent. All three others immediately went to helping the people in the line behind me. I'm not sure if the lady in front of me was a VIP but I stood there and watched at least a half a dozen people go through the line while my incompetent helper was fumbling around with my bagels I was supposed to get two Baker's dozen's and I only got 21 bagels in the end so she didn't even give me the right amount of bagels. While she was pulling bagels out of the rack, I noticed the other lady next to her was sticking those bagels in her box so I believe that somebody walked out of there with 15 bagels instead of 12 because they got my extra bagels, simply because of the idiots working there. The manager that was there kept typing things in the computer the whole time and my stay was about 20 to 25 minutes to get two dozen bagels. Very very disappointed with the service,of course the bagels were delicious but I got shorted on my bagels and the service was absolutely horrible. Maybe they should hire some young people instead of having a half-dozen elderly woman working the counter. The worst service EVER at a Panera.

Location has closed and been replaced by AT&T. Wexford location it's fairly close if you're headed east.

A great place to meet with great food and friendly staff. I regularly enjoy the fresh salads and the bottomless coffee you won't find anywhere else.

Ok, good things first - Yummy food, even yummier pastries! They have a fireplace. Big bonus in my mind since I like to stay and read after I'm done eating. This location's outdoor seating is under cover on a little patio and there are plenty of tables. Down sides - parking is atrocious, prices are high, even their salads are fattening, and their employees are mostly young kids who don't seem to care about actually working. All in all, I would definitely come back, but I try to come as a rare treat.

It's Panera Bread. They're all the same lol. Anyway, this location seems less crowded than all of the other ones that I've been to, which is a nice change. I ordered the 1/2 BBQ chicken salad for me and gave the 1/2 turkey sandwich that came with it to my daughter. I really enjoyed the salad! But that sandwich, well, if it was for an adult it left a lot to be desired. Seriously, it was a slice of turkey between bread. That's it. The location of the soda bar here is nice, it's open and more accessible. I don't know why Panera likes to cram those things by the restrooms in other restaurants.
